I purchased an RV from OptimumRV in Spartanburg SC. The sales experience was excellent! The finance very well done! However the post delivery was a disaster. The service area was not ready to perform the pre delivery work even though the list of work had been in their hands for a good while. I had to pay out of pocket to get work completed and then reimbursement took weeks. I’ve now owned the RV for a month and still don’t have keys. I may need to engage a locksmith to re-key or replace the lock. The principal problem was a gal named Mandy (Amanda) who wouldn’t respond to calls, then promised without follow through on a number of occasions. I issue this warning. Do not take delivery of your unit until it is perfect. Mandy who is in service, just doesn’t do her job. What was a great beginning has soured me on this dealer. Show less
