I bought my toyhauler in feb 2021 took delivery in march 2021,took it to my storage lot and parked it for a few months. in july 2021 I returned it to the dealership for warranty work.in late sept 2021 they contacted me and said it was ready for pick up ,in doing a walk thru with service tech I found nothing had been touched .Also in moving my camper the forklift driver destroyed the left side of the camper,at that time I was told by the service writer and the body shop mgr all would be fixed..well after christmas of 2021 and still not fixed I personally met with the service manager,and the Distict manager and both of them assured me they would handle it.. The Dealership in Ocala are CROOKS!!!! They had my parents put down a Good Faith deposit of $5,000 for a fifth wheel contingent on a walk through. When they went and done the walk through they had damaged the fifth wheel removed items and didn’t have anything to say besides begging that they wanted the chance to find them a new one with in the price range. No return call for days and then when going back for their deposit sense no fifth wheel was purchased they refused stating it was non refundable. This location takes advantage of older adults! BEWARE BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!! Show less
