If you want top notch salespeople and excellent service you should go to Northern RV in Quinnesec, Michigan! I bought a 2021 Jayco Northpoint last year and I absolutely love it. This was the first time I was buying an RV on my own although my family and I bought a few RV’s from here in the past. Cindy was my salesperson. What a great lady! I felt comfortable with her right away. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. If there was a question she didn’t have the answer to, she would ask Eli, one of the owners. He was another great person to deal with! Even though this transaction took place in the middle of the Covid pandemic, they were able to get my camper to me without any major delays. When it came to the dealership, they went through it to make sure everything was working properly and was spotlessly cleaned. Mike was the service guy who showed me how everything worked. He sure had a lot of patience with me for all of the questions I had. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention. I called Eli and it was taken care of right away. This is a family owned business and you can tell they take great pride in their product and have DEPENDABLE service after the sale!
