I thought about this for a long time before posting this review, but recent revelations have made it quite necessary to post a warning about the service department at this dealership. We purchased a used 2017 Entegra Anthem and took it to North Trail RV to have the annual service done. We did engine and generator service, the service writer recommended an Aqua Hot service which we decided to do. We got a call letting us know that our radiator had a leak and we agreed to have them replace the radiator. We got the coach back and took a trip to Ohio (in fall) for a rally (from South Florida) well it got pretty cold - and we soon discovered that the Aqua Hot was not functioning. Being somewhat remote, Coachnet could not find a mobile tech so i proceeded to troubleshoot it myself - found that when they serviced the unit they didnt properly refill the transfer fluid - when we turned on the floor heat it drained the unit and caused a high temp overload sensor to trip. Took me a while but i figured that out - and then had to purchase 2 gallons of transfer fluid to properly fill the system. We started having trouble with the AC.. didnt have any issues before taking it to N Trail - but it was a coolant leak somewhere.. took it to a local center to diagnose and they discovered that the condenser was damaged. Since the condenser is next to the radiator, it was pretty obvious that during N Trail's replacement of the radiator they managed to damage the condenser. this cost me another $6000 to replace. Avoid N Trail RV for your service. - they may be ok for an oil change, but i would not let them do anything else.

Purchased a 2019 Tiffin Allegro RED 37BA from Northtrail RV Center in Fort Myers, FL on Feb. 2014. It was an excellent experience. The sales team Eric Hendershot (old Eric) and John Augeri were great. No high pressure - which we really appreciated. Promptly sent us all the information that we ask for. Their follow thru was more than we expected. Would highly recommend these guys. Because of our schedule from start to completing the sale took almost 5 weeks. We were never rushed and everyone was very patient including Michael the Finance Director. Our orientation with Keith was another great experience. Everything we ask for was done to our satisfaction. The sales team kept track of everything right up until we drove off the lot. Very refreshing. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Thanks guys. Linda & Rick

2020 Newmar Baystar - My wife and I purchased a 2020 Baystar from Northtrail RV. The purchase took place on 05/18/2022. We were told to wire funds ahead of arrival and then were then rushed through the entire process and never allowed to take a test drive. Upon arrival the Sales person was present only intermittently throughout the day and we were hosted by an employee who had been there for six months and who was trying to hurry. We asked repeatedly about test driving the unit before closing the deal. Not allowed. Numerous issues found for "Punch list items". We waited all day until 5pm that day and then rushed even more to empty our trade in (Camper) and leave for the night. We found issues with the bedroom slide and had to call the dealership and talk to a factory rep in order to help us be able to bring in the slide and then bring the unit back to the dealership. We were put in line with all the rest of the service customers and waited all day. We were told all the issues had been repaired and we left. We had a 750 mile drive home so we had several overnight stays with the motor coach. Each time we setup and then got ready to leave we found something else. Black tank discharge leaking from cap and acting pressurized when removing cap. Water coming in the off-door slide. Drivability issues with play in the steering and wobble along with the steering wheel being crooked in place. It appears this coach was not prepared for resale and/or they just sold us someone else's problems. True. This is a used unit but it wsa sold at top market dollar for the type unit it is. Meaning it should have been in top shape seeing how it only had 12k miles. Very disappointed with the follow up as we have contacted numerous persons through phone calls and e-mails only to have no one follow up. We talked to the service manager Derek Marks who was sincere but had no real solution. He contacted a service center in our area and told me who to talk to. When I called the local service center, The person had no record of having talked to someone at North Trail and needed verification of payment by NT. I would advise anyone/no one to buy from this dealer. They have a long standing history of this very behavior with other customers and have been turned into the BBB several times. They are not accredited members of the BBB and never formaly responded to this complaint. We are having the motorhome repaired at our own cost.

They had us camp at a nice park nearby where they went over all the features of our Class A diesel before we even left to drive it home. Couldn't have been more helpful and sincere. We did go back a couple times with problems like a slide out not going in all the way but its a little far for us to use. The coach we bought has not been good quality at all and we will never go near that brand again but Northtrail didn't build it so they are not responsible for that. Their sales people and service are the best though

We bought our travel trailer from Northtrail on Feb. 1st the sales guys were fine till we got ready to ick the unit up and several thing didn’t work that had to be repaired before we could actually pick it up. That alone took a week. The salesman or the guy showing us at delivery couldn’t tell us how several item worked CD,DVD,mainly the slide outs and how to manually work them. So I call the service dept. they suggested I call the mfg and see if they could tell me. So to make a long story short they really like selling them but the Service department is terrible they not only can’t help you they won’t.
