My Nexus is great. I love my 35R. i haven't had many issues but when i did Nexus mailed me the parts within a couple of days. Very quick and easy. I will not be buying anything but a Nexus as my experience with other manufactures has not been anything close to this pleasant. Show less

The support we have received from Nexus has been phenominal! We purchased our RV through a dealership but took delivery through Nexus. Any issues we've had have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. When we email a question, we get a timely response. When calling for help, again we're transferred to the proper department or person. Is this help immediate? Not always but within 24-36 hours. In my opinion, we will continue to own Nexus Products. Sales - We went through an outside dealership, NOT Nexus Service - When we've needed something, we'd call Nexus for advice, direction and help. Sometimes we'd take the MH to them, other times used an outside Tech. Parts -We've been able to get pieces and parts (if needed) Not engine specific, that's International Nexus Dealership Support - can not speak highly enough! Wonderful company. Show less

I dont know where to start i have so many issues and most of all they warranty they did not repair anything that we asked to repair and then when the warranty ran out they said they would not help me, i am a disable veteran and i feel like the vehicle is a lemon i know they exist , this one has a lot of issues ..
