Pay attention to the price of an add then to the purchase agreement price. They almost got me for 7k. Be careful! We contacted them from an add on social media they were advertising a camper that we liked for $42,000 we liked it and agreed to but it so they wrote us a purchase agreement and the price jumped to $47,000 plus all the other stuff like tax title and what ever else they charge you for. I found the RV I was searching for here and was able to get what I considered a good price based on many other prices across the nation on this particular model. After agreeing to price, the purchase agreement added a $1999.99 fee for dealer prep. The explanantion was a mandatory fee to check out the unit to ensure everything performed as it should and to wash it for the customer. After some to and froing, they removed the fee. The day of pick up was scheduled for a month out, and on the day of arrival, I was messaged a video and told service dept would go over the unit with me. The service dept said that is what the video was for. They didn’t go over anything. I told them of some issues I noticed and they said we will order the parts and ship them to you. One of these was the 4 camera feature which I was happy to have while towing, however it wasn’t working either. The parts showed up missing parts, no communication is evident and they do not warranty anything and apparently do not offer support or service. 100 miles from the dealership I had a flat tire and after taking to a tire repair shop, it was evident the new tire had been plugged! What a fiasco! The dealer nor the manufacturer claims responsibility yet it was a new unit with new tires straight from the lot! Overall happy with the unit and I will end up making the minor repairs and adjustments myself once I figure out who to speak to with the manufacturer? It will not be because I was given any support nor information from these guys! Save yourself some headache and go to a dealership that at least pretends to care for your satisfaction. Show less

Sales process was pretty good, no issues there. Service was pathetic and almost non-existent. Communication on their part is almost non-existent. Don't take my word for it....try calling the service dept. I guarantee you won't get thru 50% of the time. Terrible customer service...owner is not very professional, Had my 5th wheel in for service never fixed it until it was out of warranty....turned out there was a faulty slide motor. I had to take it to the manufacturer and they fixed it. Don’t go to National RV. I’ve forgiven them. I just would never go back there. Show less

We are still newbies to campers and Micheal took his time and answer all our questions and patience while I took notes during our walk through. We recommend them and their service 100%.
