The dealer made my warranty experience a living nightmare. Coupled with the Manufacturer failed attempt to build a quality product. My first outing was within 24 hours of leaving the dealer. We went to Idaho for the weekend. Our trailer broke the first outing. The jacks failed leaving us without the ability to attach it to our truck to tow home. We left it at the camp site in hopes of getting the parts to repair it ourselves. The dealer refused to give us the part to repair it ourselves. Said we had to tow it in for repairs. So we called a tow truck to pickup our trailer in Idaho and tow to Salt lake city. The dealer refused delivery and the trailer was then towed to our home 85 miles away were it sat waiting for an appointment for 6 months. Then towed back in for a 5 minute repair at the dealership. 2 outing we got a gas leak. The dealer made us wait 4 months again for an appointment, then 3 more months to get the parts. We've owned this trailer for over a year now and used it 3 days. The dealership now says the warranty has expired and is no longer covered. We have a laundry list of parts that have failed. Even with the extended warranty we purchased. We're now left repairing this trailer on our own. Don't trust this dealer. And don't buy their extended warranty. Show less

I just bought a 2021 Forest River GT5 34H5 from Motor Sportsland in Salt Lake City Utah. They beat all the big National RV dealers on price and service which made my transaction very easy and pleasant. All minor issues were taken care of immediately on the spot prior to me driving home. The RV store on site was well stocked with almost everything you need for your new rig. Great communications from Tom my sale guys and Damian in Finance all made sure everything was ready to go on time. We was Looking for about 3 months for the right Toy hauler many places we went lots of pressure to buy. made us very mad did not want to go back when we drove by Motor sports land. we was greeted by the front desk and introduced to sales person Scott told him what we was looking for then walked through his lot when 1 caught our eye. due to COVID-19 we asked him to let us look around alone and if we had questions we would ask. We left the store for a short period time when he text me saying if I had any more questions or concern to please contact him any time. so at our convenience I called told him I wanted to see the 5th wheel all out like I was camping he said give him 10 min and just go to trailer it wheel be ready for us to look. we did so he was also helping other couples at the time I text him we had more questions he come over and staying a good distance he answered all question-Scotts Question to us is what did the have to pull it with we told him and said ok didn't want to sell us something that wouldn't do the job. his next question was my truck was set up or did he have to arrange to set it up? what great 2 Questions he had for me with NO pressure we bought the trailer of our dreams what a great salesman Show less
