Bottom line: The Millers are good people and will treat you right. My wife and I have been thinking about joining the RV Life for some time now going back and forth among all the many options. We finally settled on the NuCamp T@B 400 Boondock travel trailer and NuCamp identified three dealers in the "area" that we could reach out to. This area covered PA, CT, and MA while we are located in NY. After considerable research online and watching the Miller YouTube T@B 400 Walk-thru videos, we decided to reach out to Miller after identifying a matching model with the options we wanted on their online inventory site. We explained that we were quite a distance away in NY and wanted to finalize all of the details remotely before going there in-person and they responded with their best price which we were agreeable with. Over the course of the next week, we had several e-mail conversations finalizing our financing, optional accessories, and transaction details. The only piece that we weren't able to finalize was the Lithium upgrade package but that's on the NuCamp folks who were less than responsive in getting me the information I needed to proceed. That being the case, we were not able to include the upgrade into the sales transaction and will have to deal with that one separately directly with NuCamp if we choose to explore that further. On the day of pick-up, we met Sam and Patsy and they treated us like friends and family. We spent a good four hours with them going over all the details as well as talking about their family camping experiences. They worked very hard to make sure we did not leave until we had all of our questions and concerns addressed and were comfortable taking the RV out on to the road. Sam followed up with me the day after the sale to provide some additional setup information which was already taken care of, but it was reassuring that he reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. We are more than happy with how everything turned out and despite them being 3 hours away, Miller Trailer Sales was absolutely the best dealer available and we would do it all over again.
