Took this camper home after purchase to discover the handle had fallen off of the glass top for the stove and due to a design flaw, the awning could not be rolled out if the door was locked open. If the awning was out, the door could not be locked back. I took the camper back to have these items fixed. They were fixed however the service person tells me he didn't have to fix the door situation but as a favor, he installed a longer locking rod. Excuse me? Didn't have to fix it? Did me a favor? It was flawed, your dealership is responsible. Then after having it out 4 times, took it to the dealership to have it winterized. Went to pick it up and the bill was higher than quoted. Looked at the sales bill and saw that I had been charged for a new anodizing rod for my water heater. When I asked, the service person told me they need to be changed often. This one was only 4 months old and used 4 times. They agreed to not charge me and allowed the new rod to remain in the heater however, this was an attempt to charge for something not needed. Will not deal with this dealership again.
