Have an issue with my refrigerator cooling unit and have extended warranty. Customer Service is non-existent. Have been waiting over 4 weeks for just a call back. Left Brittany several messages with no return call. Spoke with Manager, Lori. She said she would call back with information. Again, no return...

Have an issue with my refrigerator cooling unit and have extended warranty. Customer Service is non-existent. Have been waiting over 4 weeks for just a call back. Left Brittany several messages with no return call. Spoke with Manager, Lori. She said she would call back with information. Again, no return call from Lori, no information, nothing has been done to fix the problem and can't get anyone to even respond.
