Buyer Beware. 2 weeks ago we purchased a 50k Toy Hauler from Meridian RV in Port Coquitlam. The entire sale was painful as the sale staff we dealt with was extremely disorganized and unprofessional from the moment we stepped into the dealership. We decided to go through with the sale and disregard the poor customer service because they had the trailer we'd been looking for over the past year. We put a deposit on the trailer (pending a full inspection) and returned after Christmas to pick it up. Upon bringing the trailer home (Vancouver to Squamish), we began to discover multiple issues with the trailer. It was filthy inside, massive clogs of hair in the drains and debris in the vents. The sink in the kitchen was leaking and had destroyed one of the shelves. Window seals broken. And despite requesting updated fire CO2 alarms a month prior to pickup, none of the systems worked and there was no power to the wiring and corroded batteries. We turned the shower on once to discover a leak in the cracked caulking around the tub. When we turned the water on, the entire bathroom flooded because they did not connect the pressure valve under the sink. This wasn't the worst of it... Two evening ago we smelt a horrible stench coming from outside the trailer. We went outside to discover the black water tank pipe was cracked and leaking all over the ground. This caused a huge health hazard for our pets who are now on antibiotics for a bacterial infection from the dirt around the trailer. We contacted Chris (the Manager) on multiple occasions. He was dismissive and unwilling to send a service person to our location. We are unable to move the RV back to the city and Chris provided no alternative solutions. We requested he send the necessary parts to fix the black water tank as it is an immediate health issue but this too was dismissed. Despite paying for full warranty and making sure all our T's were crossed, we still ended up getting completely screwed over. Make your purchase somewhere else.
