Do not think that you'll be treated fairly by this company. We tried to sell them our rv and they treated us horribly. We discussed selling and they asked us to bring it in. We live an hour away. We drove in and they'd forgotten the appointment. When we got there, we went over our rv's condition and what it's worth. We had done our homework and knew what they were being sold for both by private parties and dealers. They have an older version of our rv already in stock. We discussed how we've been to rallies and all the owners of the older version were so jealous of ours and how much better they made the newer version. The older version isn't out on the lot yet because it's broken. What ALWAYS breaks in these older versions. The salesman asked us to leave it overnight, knowing that we live an hour away. Our son had to drive an hour to pick it up. They never bothered to actually look at it. He admitted that. He then told us that they could only sell it for $30,000 less than the older version, which was a lie. He then offered $55, 000 less than what they are selling the older version for. Yes, I know that they need room for negotiation. We told him that it was ridiculous. He told us that he had no choice. It was a management decision. Yes, this is one of those horrible dealers that do the whole good cop, bad cop thing with the management, like we are idiots. It's insulting. So, yes, we had to drive an hour AGAIN to go and get it back. Huge waste of time and gas to get insulted and lied to. Run screaming. You WILL NOT get a fair deal from this company.

From kicking tires with our sales professional (Sam)…to the Finance Dept (Vanessa)…to the Parts dept (Tavion)…for our needed items, all were great!

We purchased our second 5th wheel, a Solitude, in July 2021 from McClain’s RV Superstore in Corinth. Both purchases from this store were great. No nonsense in the purchase. Sales (Murphy and Brandon) worked with us and the finance department (Vanessa and Krista) made our purchase stress free. This location is close to our home and is convenient for us. The staff is always friendly and welcoming when we see them. Fast forward 11 months after our purchase and it has been a solid purchase. We have been to many places in the last 11 months. Recently, we had an interior window trim frame on a large window on the front cap come loose from terrible Louisiana roads. Called and made an appointment for the repair to be done on July 1st under warranty. We showed up at the designated time at McClain’s RV in Corinth and our Service Advisors (Brianne and Meghan) got on it right away. Two RV Techs (Justin and Michael) reinstalled the trim piece and the work was flawless. The trim piece was now in place as it should have been. We were in and out of the service department within a couple of hours. The Techs were professional and told us what they intended to do to secure the trim. Thanks for the immediate attention from the service department. Excellent work. McClain’s RV in Corinth has made our purchase of our RV a great experience and backs up the purchase with excellent service.

The salesman Brian was great. Went out of his way to help. Came in on his day off to finish deal. Got in trouble with upper management for not being in full uniform.

Our problem was we had 1:20 pm appointment to pickup unit. We were early. Waited till time and they were just pulling unit in. They had called at 9am to make sure we would be there. So they started on our unit when it was sopose to be done.
We bought different stairs which they didnot put on correctly. Told us would have propane full which we dicovered on first trip was not filled. Did not walk us through hotwater heater. Or heater. Wiring for tv does not work and want us to bring back and leave to fix. Was sopose to send title to bank gave them address. They sent to tag agency and that was a mess. Just very unprofessional. Never buy or recommend them again.

Black tank full of water, no manuals, wrong tv remote, faucets leaking, openings to outside under both corners of dresser in bedroom, glass door scratched over hide-a-bed in living room and refrigerator door broken. Had to drive a total of 137 miles to get correct remote. Scheduled appointment for all repairs to be made prior to our leaving area for winter and supplied pictures of broken part on refrigerator. Called the day before the appointment, no appointment listed and no part for refrigerator ordered. Service is non-existence.
