While we weren't able to put together the RV and price we needed, (so far?) we just wanted to say that Amanda and staff were very helpful and accommodating in trying to satisfy us. After talking to sales man drive 45 min to look at a toyhualer and when u got there the whorls not show it unless they ran my credit first. How am I to know if it feta my need if I can look at it.when I explained I had cash the manger said the should unlucky sell the camper ther way and that they did need my business. Show less

My wife and i had a horrible experience here, the general manager Brett Huntsinger tried relentlessly to keep part of our down payment which was 2500$ out 5700 that we gave them before we even got approved finically. Then my father in law offers to help us and goes in to talk to Brett and he acts like a teenager. Mocking my father in law for being a good dad and lying to them saying we got approved but wouldnt let us take the trailer. Long story short we got our money back but not until almost 2 weeks later and my father in law called Maxie Prices supplier and let them know how they do business at Maxie Price Campers. BEWARE—— communication with the service shop is nonexistent. They are rude, dishonest, and will leave you to figure out the repair on your own. Imaging dropping your vehicle off at a shop with the staff saying they would have it back to you within 5 days, only to find out a month later that they haven’t even ordered parts for the repair. I don’t even know where to start with this review, but I must post something to forewarn anyone who is considering using them for repair. I will be updating this review as the process goes on but I must say that so far this has been the worst repair experience ever. To give perspective, my vehicle has been at their shop since early January (today is March 22) When I delivered my vehicle for repair, the technician there took photos and my information. He said that he would be calling me back the next day with the estimate and they would be able to have everything wrapped up within a week. Two weeks later I realized they had not called yet and I called them. Since then, they have given men every run around possible.. from someone in the shop getting COVID to death in family, not being able to find parts, and even (get this) their phone lines not working. With each call to them, the lies and stories gets more and more outlandish. I called today and was told that they ordered the wrong parts and are not even sure when they will be able to get them in. We stopped by just to look at some travel trailers. We met Gordon who did a great job answering our questions. In fact so good we left buying a trailer. This will be our first time and so we were a little nervous but he made us feel very comfortable and spent the time to answer our questions. We pick up our trailer on the 25th and can’t wait to get on the road. Show less

Hated the experience at this location. The sales is like an old car dealership. They want your info upfront and try to run your credit for a quick sale. They would rather miss a sale if you do not comply. They also add unnecessary fees like a micro-band spray, which cost $28 a can, but this RV place is charging customers $1500 to spray it. This is the worst experience I had with any RV lot. The lead finance guy was rude and very combative a little scary and threating. We had cash to pay for any RV on the lot if wanted. We was looking at the used east/west for $32,000 before extra fees, took it to about $38,000, but decided to buy a 2021 Puma from owner, cash for $28,000 and saved thousands. Best investment and far better than anything they had on there lot. You really should shop at a place that you can take your time and look or purchased from owner. I will post our new RV pics from owner below. This dealer also responded to us that they was not going to show us RV's we could not aford, this is crazy, due to I can pay cash for anything on that lot, if I wanted it. They also claim my new RV was cheep. They are awful. They got upset, because I got an excellent deal. This is a 2021 used for 30 days Puma with front kitchen. Washer/dryer, king bed, upgraded toilet, tv, 2 slide outs, 2 digital thermo, fireplace, outdoor kit, speakers, lights, and they gave us the dishes, pots, pans, new sheets, vac. They move it and connect it to my location for free. They also brought the wooden deck they made the next day for free. $28,000 out the door, no dealer fees, no micro-band spray,(LMBO.) No hidden fees, or taxes. My camper is all season and is $46,000 on dealers website. The reviews on the overpriced overrated east Show less
