My first RV purchase (August 2020). All aspects of my experience with Magnum RV were excellent. Ed and Melanie are wonderful folks to work with. Ed, the dealership manager, is clearly very knowledgeable of RVs since he personally did the troubleshooting and determined what needed replacing to correct an electrical issue I had before our first major trip in October, all done expeditiously and under their warranty. Melanie is a wonderful salesperson to work with, also very knowledgeable and with no pressure to make a sale. Danny is a technician who is also great and gave us a very thorough training session after we bought our motorhome. Overall, the dealership bends over backwards to ensure your purchase experience is the best. We're extremely well satisfied and recommend folks in the market for an RV come to Magnum! Show less

My experience with the people at Magnum RV and boat sales was the very best ever. They are not pushy and are very pleasant to deal with. I put a deposit on my coach without seeing it. Drove down from NJ and was told to go drive it to be sure I liked it. No pressure to buy. I loved it and bought it while I was on site. Anything that needed attention they took care of, in fact I’ll say I felt they went way over what I would ever have expected. Melanie is very helpful and caring of her customers and Danny the service tech is so helpful in explaining systems especially those that were new to my experience and his repair skills are top notch. Ed’s a great helpful guy too and came up with a wonderful way for this disabled lady to enter the coach easier.. I mean this in a very sincere way, I’ve had many RVs since 1979 from different dealers, the folks at Magnum made this the best purchase ever. Service after purchase was great. I really can’t rave about my experience more. I would encourage anyone to purchase there and purchase without distress. Show less
