We bought a fifthwheel from these folks in the fall of 2020. Trailer was supposed to be completely checked out and two new tires. When we went to pick it up they hadn't changed the tires and we were told to buy them and they would reimburse us. As of May 24th after many calls still no check. A list of things not working, rear jack's,heater,bedroom slideout,electric greywater dump valve. The trailer was not cleaned and dead rodents in compartments. Stay away from this company Show less

The people who work here are very friendly and professional, but don't let that fool you. Their business practices are terrible. We spent 20K on an RV that they sold us with a 6 month warranty. We had driven it less than 200 miles when something broke while we were driving down the freeway and we had to be towed back to Mac RV Sales. They said they would fix it and get back to us when it was done. We have called more than 40 times and reported them to the BBB without any kind of response. They kept our 20 thousand dollars and they have our RV and they won't return our calls. We are going to take them to court to get our money back.
