Bought a new 2022 Forest River Heritage Glen Hyper-Lyte 23BHHL for $43,000 in March 2022. Since then, we have had nothing but issues with the trailer. Some parts took a year to come in and inspection on the trailer was never done prior to the sale. Every time we brought it to Longview RV Superstore, East Windsor, CT to make the numerous repairs, we were dealt with rudeness and hostility. This trailer had been in their shop more than we have had the opportunity to use it. In November, when we had it winterized and seal tested (as required under the Forever Warranty) as well as repairs to the awning lights, we told them we wouldn't need it until March. When we called the service department to tell them we would be picking it up, the serviceman was extremely rude and said the trailer wasn't ready. They advised us we needed a new awning, but they never ordered it. I had to call Forest River and was told they ok'd the awning under warranty in January, but Longview never ordered it. It wasn't until after my phone calls that it was finally ordered. We asked to trade it in (due to it being a lemon) and "Todd" offered us $25,000 for it. When I disputed the fact, he told me to take the trailer elsewhere for service from now on. We spoke to the owner, who said it was "all water under the bridge" but made sure all issues were addressed. "Steve" and "Mike" were great to deal with, but the others need training in customer service.
