HORRIBLE SALES PEOPLE Went In to look at Trailers since we just sold our 37’ and were cash ready buyers. Right off the sales person asks if we are ready to buy. When we said we would like to look at some 21-25’, she assumed we weren’t real buyers and her response was, “ well It was my turn to be “called up” for sales, but I can show you some trailers out front real quick if you want. This lady’s attitude was if she was doing us a huge favor simply because we didn’t have our checkbook out. The lot was overflowing with inventory and with gas at $5.50 a gallon, we were the only ones there the whole time. She claimed all these trailers would be sold in a few days and then told us the new ones would be more expensive and their walk around fee was going from $600 to $1k. LOL what’s a walk around fee, they want us to pay them to find all the manufacturing defects? The sales lady begrudgingly opened a few more trailers and not really asking any questions or providing information. Ican’t believe how rude and low level the sales people are there. Most of the trailers except Jayco are off brand low end stuff. Show less

We had been looking for a while before We came to little trailer little prices. Our sales person Bill was very knowledgeable and took his time showing us around. We found your trailor and the process from beginning to end has been very pleasant. Tristan our check out guy was patient and answered all our questions. Adventures hear we come! Show less
