We recently purchased a new RV from Shawn Carolle at the Mesa location. They had large selection of RV's on their lot. The place was very clean and organized. It has the most amazing indoor faux camping experience. Makes you want to go out and buy an RV and go camping. The staff was very friendly. I think since Covid hit, RV prices have soared and the quality has gone down tremendously. We have been frequenting Little Dealer Little Prices for many years and have always found the staff to be friendly and very knowledgeable. However, in the recent Covid years it seems the sales people are more like snake oil salesmen. They tell you whatever you want to hear and know nothing about the products, but make things up along the way to close the deal. I think we knew more about our RV than the salesman. Thankfully, our deal was closed quickly, as we knew exactly which RV we wanted because we did our due diligence. It is unfortunate that the world has come to all about the money and the honest family feel is gone. I would have preferred an honest salesman that I could trust. Just my humble opinion.

This company is no better than a used car sales company. Their salesman promote the purchase of their products touting their warranty services. They ARE A JOKE. It took 2 months to get our trailer in for review, then an additional 4 months to get approved for warranty work. Then they tried to say that our warranty was up - even though it expired during their approval review. Lastly!!!! They fixed the wrong issue and then turn around and blame the customer! Never use this company! They are they absolute worst!

We purchased our first RV recently at this dealership. It was overall not a very positive experience. The salesman was ok. It truly felt like because of the market being what it is they didn't care whether we were there buying or not. There has been no follow up communication or thank you. When we picked up the unit the "walk through" was with a service tech which would make sense. But the two guys they had as techs I wouldn't send anything to to get fixed. They were sloppy and dirty and not the people I would put in a customer facing position. Most of our questions were met with obvious guesses or I don't knows. He basically walked around pointed out things that were labeled or obvious with no explanation of use or care. We pushed through the process so we could get out of there. We've gotten everything figured out through Google and Y tube. Our generator kept dying after running for some time. I was not going to take it back to this place. Through You Tube we learned that dealers overfilled the oil on these generators and that caused the oil pressure switch to cut off the unit when it warmed up. We pulled some oil out of the fill cap and it works fine. We were never told about the Cruiser ap for the RV or any other user important info. This is a cool place when you first walk in but after that their customer service is horrible and no one seems to care that you're there. I would never go back.

Never EVER consider this dealer. 1) Sales process was a nightmare. Switching salesman and adding the the supervisor at the last minute. Real shady sales techniques. Fees and added costs at the last minute. Accessories included on paperwork missing and took two months to get. Initial delivery not at date/time of email notification without any advance notice. They had us wait for hours only to find they had a "scheduling issue" and didn't have it ready for that day. We had to wait an additional 24 hours and then it only happened since I was sitting there in the lobby and not leaving until I had the new camper; asking every 15 mins if it was ready yet. 2) Service - 2 visits, 8 weeks apart due to scheduling. First one to scope the work and order parts. 2nd to complete the work. However, today is 6 weeks after the initial date and the work hasn't been completed due to staffing issues and poor communication with the manufacturer about the warranty. Parts needed to be "sent back to them" for warranty review and approval. The parts have still NOT been sent for the review; 6-weeks later!!!! 3) Customer Service - Poor communication with the manufacturer, poor communication with the customer. Poor handing of customers. I've seen a few people storm out of there, one calling them "Little Dealer, BIG Liars". I'm picking up my camper and never going back. I'm driving it to NM to get it fixed by another Forest River certified shop. Then I'm selling it and I'm going to purchase a different one that is not sold/repaired by LDLP.

First of all we really like our 310GK we got here one week ago today. But we felt others need to know about this dealership. We put down a deposit on the unit January 4th 2021 and were told it would be in first part of February. On February 8th we sent a text to our salesman asking for an update since we hadn't heard from them yet. "Great news!! It's on its way it should be here within a week thank you guys for your patience." February 18th no news asked for another update. "No news yet". Finally arrived on Feb 25. We understand that things happen, but there was no initiative taken to find out what was going on and get back to us when dates were missed.    We closed on the unit February 2, our address was wrong on all of the paperwork and we had to come in two days later to have it all corrected.    When we brought the unit home we discovered that the toilet seal was not sealing. We put some sealant in it to no avail, then discovered the step flush at the pivot point was leaking black water onto the floor every time we flushed. We sent a text message to our salesman immediately asking for help since we are currently living in our unit and need a working toilet. As of today we've heard NOTHING back. We called the service department the same afternoon and were told April 19th was the first available appointment.  We asked to talk to the service manager and were told to leave a message which we did. As of today NOTHING back.   We went out and bought a new toilet and replaced the leaker. Sent a message to the salesman requesting compensation. Again NOTHING back yet.   They just disappear after the sale. Absolutely no service.0 Gary Tague
