Following up on my past review and the response from Links RV. After agreeing to pay for the refrigerator but not the cleaning services which we considered labor. We were told to come get the 5th wheel and thank God we did. We spent a good amount of time cleaning the whole camper and focusing on the refrigerator that was horrible. There was black goo inside and about a million dead bugs inside. So much for the professional cleaning of $530.00 . After intense cleaning the reg doesn't need to be replaced at this point. The flooring that took 2 months to receive was also not necessary. Upon my husband turning on the kitchen faucet it still leaked as before and the reason we brought it in to be fixed back in May while still under warranty. It took my husband a couple of hours and a trip to Menards to replace the faucet and it now is fine. Apparently it was never even touched! Jason told us he wasn't told of the food left but the response says he called us about it in a few days after we dropped it off. Caught in another falsehood hood? Also said he fixed the sink but couldn't test it because of the smell. Another falsehood? I took pictures of the RV when we brought it home and have verification of the # of phone calls we made about the repair progress and every time asking about the food. Only in midJuly did they call about the rotten food. We feel that they almost ruined our retirement dream and waisted an entire summer for nothing. Link RV Direct repaired our 2019 Starcraft after a manufacturer defect left a hole in our water line caused by the bathroom vanity being secured with screws which perforated the water line beneath it. The defect was found when we decided, in our second year of having the RV, to use the water tanks for the first time. The extended warranty would not cover the manufacturer defect. Jayco/ Starcraft refused to stand behind their product/ repair because it was outside of the 1 year warranty period. Link in Minong went above and beyond to advocate for us, took pictures and spent much extra time on the phone. Their communication, honesty, professionalism, personalized care and exceptional skilled repair of the camper renewed our faith in what customer service should be. Despite Starcraft being deplorable in their customer service, Link was 5 stars. Highly recommend Link RV direct for your RV service needs. Show less
