Our experience has been nothing less than the very best! I had first called Buckingham regarding a trailer I saw on their website. Dan was so helpful giving me all the information I needed and answering every question for me. He also helped me determine what we wanted as we weren't even quite sure! ;) After about 10 days of many phone calls and emails with Dan, we took the hour drive to Buckingham to see a specific trailer. Dan had it pulled up to the front, lights on and ready to show us the trailer. He was so knowledgeable and very organized. We bought that day! Yesterday, we went to pick up our trailer. Richard did the walkthrough with us and explained every detail. He was patient, thorough and really wanted to make sure we knew everything we needed to know.
