We just picked up our 2021 Airstream, Flying Cloud Bunk 30'. We had her in for routine maintenance, warranty repairs and to add some Maxx Air covers for our fans. We had excellent service from Jace Harken, Mike O. and their team. Communications were great, attention to detail and on time. They went way beyond any service we have ever had and we are so happy to be able to have a place that we feel comfortable taking our Airstream to and knowing she will be well taken care of. I highly recommend LazyDays of Minnesota. Thank you all!

I called them in April for some body repair and some mechanical they told me to bring it in on April 28 which we did. it is June 8 and I still don’t have an estimate on the repairs. I asked him to look at the water heater that the pressure relief valve was leaking they called me today it took him 2 1/2 hoursTo examine it and tell me there was no leaks for a price of $450. Obviously told them not to go any farther and that I will be picking the coach up and taking it somewhere else. I have never dealt with a company that is so disorganized and unable to do something as simple as an estimate. Twice when I’ve called they have told me about how I should have the roof re caulked and twice I’ve told them there is nothing wrong with it and I never asked them to look at it anyway. At this point I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. The review requires a star otherwise there would be none

We ordered last September a new Airstream from LazyDays of Minneapolis/Anoka. A couple of months before we had started the process of reviewing Airstreams to purchase. Because of Covid and the increase in sells of RVs there were very few if any on the lots anywhere. Thru our internet research we had narrowed it down to two models, the International and the Flying Cloud. We were able to see the International but could not find a FC to see. It is very hard to make such a commitment based on internet research and I really wanted to see the FC because it was the only one that had a bunkhouse. Brian called us in late August and one had arrived on the lot for another customer who had pre-ordered and if we wanted to see it we could come down and take a look which we immediately did. It was beautiful and we ordered one within the week. There was a 7 month lead time and during that time if we had any questions he was always there for us. The AS came in on March 10th and the Brian called and walked us thru the process of their pre-inspection. This took several days and then we were able to see it to review and work with two of their very experience techs, Rick H. and Mike O. They were great, and Rick spent as much time as we needed to go thru all the systems, have our questions answered, pairing up the hitch....etc. Rick's experience was well evident as well as Mikes. Their passion for what they do is wonderful to see and you felt like a valued customer. It is such a comfort to us to know that these resources are available to us close by. The whole team is very responsive, and I have to mentioned Jane N. who is our point of contact thru this process was wonderful as well, coming out to check on us often as we spent time with our new baby. I would highly recommend LazyDays/Minneapolis/Anoka for all your RV needs. We would and will continue to do business with them and know that we are in great hands.

Every time I bring my RV for basic service, they are never on time. When I had the winterize chemicals removed in spring, they did not empty my gray tank & now I have had the pink chemicals floating in my shower drain pan & gray tank is full & I was charged full price for this to be done & it was not! Very poor & sloppy work. Always trying to work on many RVs at once so they can make as much money as possible & do a hurry up job without completing everything they are suppose to do. Not customer friendly! I had informed them I had this backing up in my shower pan & they didn’t have an idea what it could be? Really! And you repair & do work on RVs? Sloppy job!!! Maybe you should focus on one RV at a time & do the work accurately & properly & not in this hurry up mode.
