My experience with LD is mixed. Bottom line I would rate them as untrustworthy. My purchase was back in February 2022. Mid March 2022 I had surgery and was unable to get around for almost three months. I did have some "30 day" warranty issues and now I am aware that only a few were fixed. LD assured me that all was fixed. Again, I had surgery and was unable to verify their workmanship. I recently contacted them about what was not correctly addressed during my “30 day” warranty period and was basically told your 30 days is up. So, poor timing of my surgery and their questionable ethics will cost me. Another example of their questionable ethics: I had a $1400 credit coming back to me due to a defective satellite dish. Several weeks after my surgery and before I was able to drive I realized the credit had not been applied to my loan as a principal payment. After contacting LD and asking about my refund it took a couple more weeks before I received notice the payment was just made. I now realize LD was "hoping" I had forgotten about the $1400.00. I am not saying do not make a purchase from LD but if you do get everything in writing. Do not take their word on anything. Jade B.

We purchased a new 2020 Chaparral Coachmen RV in April 2020. Parts of the camper began failing and falling off immediately. Takes months (NOT an exaggeration) to get an appointment to have anything fixed. Then servicing will keep the RV for months as well. The fridge on our unit worked for maybe 2 months before failure. It is still not fixed one YEAR later. Our AC still does not work. The trim lasted one trip down the highway. Anything with an electrical component has had issues. The warranty is a joke. The servicing department is a joke. They sell crap products and do not want to fix them.

Very disappointed, terrible experience at Lazydays in Loveland. They tried to conceal damage that they caused to the new RV. When we brought it up during the walkthrough, they lied to us and told us there was nothing that could be done. They also took parts from this unit because it sat for so long prior to rv being sold selling to us and never replaced them. They wound up hitting a tree on their lot one of the times they moved the unit. It left big marks all the way down the right side of the rv front to back, it caused massive damage to the door, steps, awning, and tv. Manufacturer will not fix the damage or missing parts because the unit was not shipped liked this.Trying to get a hold of anyone at the dealer is very frustrating. Some of the employees, especially Paul are very rude. He seems to have issues towards Woman. We also have water damage from Lazydays failing to maintain the unit prior to sale. You leave a message, and they do not return your calls. Stay away from this dealer, as they take parts from units, do not replace them, fraudulently conceal damage and do not disclose known damages. Lazydays refuses to do the rite thing. You have been warned.
