On December 7th my wife and I entered into an agreement to purchase a new Redwood fifth wheel this dealer had advertised online. This dealership took our deposit and sent us a purchase contract signed by the dealership's sales manager. The contract had all the agreed upon amounts of the purchase price, trade-in amount for our trade in, all taxes and fees along with the payment breakdown for the financing they had already secured for us. Because the dealership was 600 miles away we were not able to close right away. We entered into an agreement with the dealership to close on this purchase after the first of the year. On December 23rd we received a phone call from the dealership's general manager who told us he would not honor the signed contract. We were told we would have to agree to 40K less for our luxury, tag axle coach trade-in value, or he would cancel the contract. In response to my complaints with the State of Tennessee and Florida, the company's corporate office defended their business practice, in this case, saying they have the right to reassess and amend any purchase prior to closing. Buyer beware! Look up all the reviews you can on this dealership. All these people can't be wrong. Buy your next RV from anywhere but here. If you decide to look past all the obvious warning signs and shop for an RV at this dealership, bring an attorney with you. This dealership is not to be trusted!! And the Seffner Florida corporate office is no better, admitting the facts as I've stated but justifying their dealership's actions as a common practice within their organization.

First the dealership misadvertised the trailer with a 12 volt refrigerator and it did not have one. Costed us $1200. I told the salesman that the desk (table) would not stay in during travel. His respond was for me to fix it. Found a hole in the bottom of the table, salesman said that would be covered under warranty. First day we had it home, there was a leak in the roof of the slide that had damaged the ceiling. Dealer fixed leak but not ceiling. Had to order parts. We took our first trip while waiting. One of the recliners was broken, drawer under stove broke, desk (table) broke within the first 100 miles of trip. We called to report problems and the dealership had closed the place we purchased it. We called one of the other locations that the dealership had, they didn't know anything about it. We took our camper in to them. They again had to order parts. It has been six months since we purchased the trailer and just received it back. I also had to contact Winnebago to get anything done. Very unsatisfied with this dealership and would not purchase from them again.

Service rep told us “Welcome to the Corporate World”. Seriously?

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Worst customer service anywhere. We purchased a coach in July 2020. The sad part is that lazy days has had it more than we have. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE 😡😡 The first thing that happened was we went to do our walkthrough. That’s when they discovered the tires were out of date. So we couldn’t pick it up until they replaced the tires. It’s illegal to sell a vehicle with expired tires. When the took our coach to get tires they broke the glass shower doors. No one locked them into place before traveling in it. This some way cracked the shower walls. They put a huge patch over the cracks last week. Then spray painted it with some kind of rubber coating. This is a different color than the rest of the shower. Not to mention that it’s some kind of porous rubber. It feels sticky like it never dried. They had to order some parts for the refrigerator. One part at a time trying to patch it up. Needless to say they waited for the extended warranty to pay for a new refrigerator. That was put in 2 weeks ago. To replace a refrigerator you have to remove the slide. They did that and now the slide is leaking. They are saying it our fault that it’s leaking. Kelly Cubbage has lied to us numerous times. He has tried to half ass everything. Then he wants to get an attitude with us because we are upset. He was so disrespectful to my husband yesterday. They had it to fix the heat. Well you have to connect the duct work for heat to travel. They never found that. My husband repaired that when we about froze camping. We took the coach in the week after July 4th,2021. They were once again gonna fix the refrigerator. Had a new part to put in it. We picked it up in September to take it out for Labor Day weekend. Needless to say it wasn’t fixed and we took it back again when we got home. Where it still is today Oct 31,2020. It has a new refrigerator alright. Now the slide is leaking and the oak trim is wet. So it’s time to let everyone know just the kind of issues you will have if you plan on buying from Lazydays RV. Don’t do it!! The general manager Jason Reese has never contacted us. Not to say we’re sorry this is taking so long nothing. Kelly Cubbage told me to hire an attorney if I wanted results. Well that’s my next step. I’m gonna contact Don Dare and see if he will do a news story on this issue. People need to be made aware of businesses like this. Once they sell something to you they are done with you. The extended warranty is a joke. They wanna patch the problem not fix it. I was told by Kelly Cubbage that the service techs are on an hourly wage rather than being paid by the job. So if it isn’t fixed they get paid again when it comes back. Rather than making them eat the work they do wrong. So incompetent in all areas there. Why would you tell a customer that ??? So please check into Lazydays RV of Knoxville before buying from them. We have used our coach 4 times in 15 months. Why even own something if you can’t use it?? Message me if you want to read the text messages I have from Kelly Cubbage, I’ll be happy to post them. Thank you Patricia Sharp

We had an amazing salesman. He has since transferred to nashville Tn. He found us exactly what we were looking for. We bought a 2009 Fleetwood bounded with 15,000 miles on it. At a great price. After all was said and done things went downhill fast. They made our first payment they had our coach so long. The refrigerator hasn’t worked right since we bought it. They had to replace the tires because they were out of date when they sold it to us. Then when they took it to get tires they broke the shower doors. All because failure to make sure they were secured in place. The person who replaced the shower doors in busted the shower walls. This was in August 2020. They still over a year later haven’t repaired that. We had no heat in the back of the coach. They kept it 2 weeks and didn’t find anything. My husband checked it and found the heating duct wasn’t hooked up. Then the entire tail pair fell off sitting in a parking lot where we stopped for gas. They have had our coach in the shop for the refrigerator 8 times now. It still isn’t fixed. We bought the extended warranty with the coach as well. They have replaced every part that can be replaced on the refrigerator and it still doesn’t work properly. They have had it for a week now Sept 2021 and it’s still not fixed. First it was they didn’t turn on the water pump. So the ice maker can’t make ice. Then they put food in it to check the temp and it was still at 46 degrees. Not to mention it won’t switch from electric to LP. So while performing the latest test someone unplugged the electric to the coach. The service Dept at Lazydays in Knoxville is the worst I have ever encountered. They will lie to you and blame problems on people who no longer work there. You have to have qualified mechanics who know what they are doing. They don’t have anyone close to that. All they want to do is get you out the door. They could care less after the sale. So tomorrow we will be picking up our coach to take it somewhere else to get it repaired. We can’t even use it because food spoils. You can’t camp without food. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. Please think long and hard before making a purchase at LAZYDAYS RV. It’s like getting screwed without the jar of Vaseline. When your making a $60,000 purchase from a company you expect better service. We will never use them again. I have tried to talk to the general manager there. He has never once returned my calls. He needs to be replaced. They have sales people as service managers. They shake the jar and pick one for the day. We picked our coach up on 9/3/2021 after being told the refrigerator was fixed. We went on a trip only to have food spoil because it was 46 degrees. That’s the danger zone for food. Jessie checked the temperature on a bottle of water in the refrigerator. He said it was 30 deg. Water freezes at 32 deg it wasn’t even slushee. This just goes to show he has no idea what he is talking about. That or he thought I was stupid. Well I hope this helps someone from making the same mistake we did. Do your research before buying or using the service Dept there. The new refrigerator was ordered to replace ours. The service manager said it needed to be replaced. It’s still sitting in the shop at Lazydays because they won’t replace it. So o e to the next repair shop hopefully we can get it working. Thank you Jason

I gave them the part number, and they directed me to the Lazydays store in Maryville TN, assuring me that Maryville "had 4 on hand". I drove an hour each way, only to find the part sold to me was the wrong part (they said there was no way to cross reference the part # to Winnebago). I would rate Lazydays a 1 for an inadequate phone system and people that sent me in the wrong direction for a wrong part. Hard to accept this when you are 800 miles from home.

I walked through their department trying to get to service desk I came across Mike. He proceeded to lead me to the desk. I was chatting with him and mentioned what I needed. He asked me,”that’s it? That’s all you need?” I said that’s all. He turned, walked out our motor home, got the old one off, picked up my new one and installed it. Would not accept any payment for it and we were back on the road in 5 minutes. Thank you MIKE!!!
