I purchased a Tiffin Allegro Bay 38AB from LazyDays Las Vegas and like you might expect, once you pay for it, they could care less if you have any issues. I had issues from the very beginning and was told by LazyDays service that all the issues that I mentioned were normal and operating as designed. Well after arguing over several days that my solar and AquaHot systems were not functioning properly, They finally had someone actually look at it and found that it wasn't wired properly, once corrected, it works great. The AquaHot was leaking an oily fluid and it was making a puddle under the coach, service said that this was again "Normal". Well "I" opened up the AquaHot cover and found out that the issue wasn't Normal, it was a loose diesel line and it was dumping diesel out on the ground. Tightened the fitting and all is well now. This is just a short list of my issues that I'm still having problems with, there is plenty more. These guys will just tell you lies one after another. Like warranty parts are on order and when you call Tiffin, they say just the opposite , Nothing has been ordered, they just lie to you. They are useless as a service department. If you buy a coach from LazyDays, don't expect or even want to get service completed there. The reviews are terrible and I can vouch for that also.
