Dishonest and deceptive business practices. We ordered a Wonder in October and agreed to the non-refundable deposit only if they committed to delivery no later than May 1. The sales guy said we’d have it by March, but agreed to the delivery date via email saying he would add it to the contract. When we learned the Wonder wouldn’t be ready until at least the end of June or later (they kept giving various dates depending on who you spoke with) we requested our deposit back. Despite placing good faith in what the sales team said and wrote via email, they refused to return our deposit. To make matters worse, the sales manager offered to give us back half of the deposit if we would write a positive review. Wow! My integrity is worth more than that. Would be interesting to know how many of their reviews have been “bought.” Leisure Travel Van is tarnishing its reputation by doing business with a dealer like this. Holland, La Mesa, Van City, Southland - to name a few - are reputable rv dealerships that will treat you right. Lake Region rv is in a class by itself - essentially, no class. Show less
