The salesman I dealt with at one of the RV shows at Glendale football stadium was making promises that only later did I find were not true. If something is important to you get it in writing, just like Judge Judy would tell you. When I picked up the RV the fellow giving me the orientation rushed through it so quickly that I left not knowing most of the operation and maintenance. When service was needed I had to make a appointment and could not even drop off the RV for 3 weeks as they were so booked. Once there it took another 2 weeks before they could get to it. My service advisor was good and did his best. My concerns were addressed. Seems they were understaffed that particular time as later visits were handled quicker. I think my beef is with the Dealership making all kinds of promises until they get paid, then all is forgotten.
