BUYER BEWARE!!!! If only we could give negative stars. We purchased a winnebago and extended warranty September 23rd 2022 from La Mesa RV. Very quickly started having structural and mechanical problems with it after only using it on 2 quick weekend trips in the fall, never using it to its full capacity including not filling water tanks. After many unanswered messages we were finally able to get it in for WARRANTY repairs in May of 2023. After that crickets.... after a month of them having our camper and no communication we reached out multiple times to get a status on repairs and would never get a call back. In July after again many calls we were told they would not cover many of the things that needed repairs and blamed it on winnebago. This week after having our camper for over 4 months!!!! we were told it would cost an additional $2000 to repair the broken water heater stating it was water damaged. WE NEVER USED THE WATER AND WINTERIZED IT PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS!!! Along with charging us $400 to adjust the door that swings open when traveling. AGAIN THIS IS A BRAND NEW TRAILER STILL UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ALONG WITH HAVING AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. When we asked for our trailer today they told us it would take a few days to get ready for pick up. We told them we wanted it back today, almost 5 months was long enough, they sat it in the middle of their parking lot without placing a block under the hitch leaving us to scramble to find bricks to lift the hitch high enough to hook on to our truck. Camper was also dirty and full of dead moths at pick up. Such a disappointment and the $400 door repair we paid for didn't stop our camper door from swinging open on the way home..... THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM LA MESA RV

We purchased the RV last year, and right away experienced lots of issues and failures such as the broken motorized owning, door, orientation was wrong, and many other little problems. The warranty service is non existent. We had to drive 250 MILES each way, stay over for several days only to be told that they couldn’t service the RV. So the unit was defective when we drove off the La MESARV, and when we went to get our RV serviced, they were unable to help despite making an appt. After many emails trying to get the unit fixed, we were told to find a service agent closer to us which we did, but the company was not able to get the parts and complete the work La MESA RV was supposed to cover. Then winter hit and we couldn’t take a chance to drive 500 miles, so we waited for the spring. A few days ago, we were able to get service but the full warranty only covered 1/3. We would NEVER NEVER NEVER consider buying from LaMesa RV again. All they are interested is selling as many RVs and full warranty as they can, and then forget about following up with customers.

If there was a negative review this place would get it! Horrible customer service and can’t even own up to their own staffs negligence. Brought our 2022 Mini Winnie in for warranty work and came home with a damaged unit.

Over the past year we have experienced poor customer service in the Service Department of La Mesa RV in Albuquerque. The attitude of the General Manager is poor at best and that poor attitude seems to have trickled down to his service staff. After paying for a complete inspection last year, they did not identify or diagnose an issue that has now become critical. They blamed us for a lack of maintenance when it was sitting on their lot for months waiting to be serviced. I would not recommend La Mesa RV.

La Mesa RV in Albuquerque has the worst customer service! They happily take your money when you’re buying a new RV but dont’t fix issues under warranty and treat you like crap when you ask them to do so.
Their service desk receptionist, Mauri/Mari/Marie is rude and un-accommodating. She should be cleaning their toilets instead of interacting with their customers. It would be a much better fit for her and her lack of customer service skills.
The service rep never answers your calls so you have to leave a message. You’re lucky to get a call back.
We bought a 2021 Integra Escalade Super C in February 2021. A year and 3 months later still have warranty issues not fixed after taking it in 3 times. Floor was torn up for a year and finally had to get it fixed by another company. Still waiting to get our $300 reimbursement for that. This last time they had it for two months and finally fixed two vents. Door is still not fixed and trim moulding isn’t either. They don’t do what they say and always have an excuse for not doing their job.
This is our 5th RV but our first from La Mesa RV Albuquerque and I would not recommend them.
I would avoid them at all costs, you’ll be glad you did! Buyer beware, you’ve be warned.

We were trying to set up a time to pick up our RV after they had it for 2 months to fix some issues. We wanted to pick it up on Saturday, but was told they don't have someone to check you out. Regardless, Mauri asked if we could be there by 10am, we said yes and she replied, well don't be mad if you get here and there's no one to check you out, in a really snotty voice. What?, you just asked if we could be there by 10! She then hangs up on me and because of caller ID she would not answer my immediate call back. Mind you, it's an hour drive from our house to their location and an hour back. What customer service!
We purchased a new 2021 Integra Escalade in February 2021. It was brought in from Phoenix AZ with a hole in the floor by the refrigerator, with a few other things that needed to be fixed. Vents broken, door not securely closing, trim missing. After taking the RV back, after two trips, a couple months, as per their instruction, to feel it out and see what needed fixed....what a hassle! They removed parts of the floor but their maintenance couldn't fix it. They didn't replace the vents. They "adjusted" the door, but it didn't fix the problem. Sent another company to our home to fix the floor, they took out more planks, but couldn't be fixed because La Mesa RV didn't send the correct flooring for replacement. They told us to find someone to fix it, they would send us the correct flooring and they would reimburse us. Again, we did but they sent only 4 planks instead of 4 boxes of planks, had to re-order, again...this has taken a year to get fixed. Had to buy rugs to cover up the plywood since since the floor was torn up from the refrigerator to the driver's seat area. Here we are we are over a year & three months later later, picked it up yesterday, Friday 5/27/22.... door still not fixed and trim not fixed. They told us they would have to replace the door and re-paint to match the RV, as they have had many complaints about the doors not closing. Now they said the door was on back-order, so again, not fixed.
Yesterday they said they were going to replace the hinge instead, but of course they didn't do that either. And still NO $300 check to reimburse us for getting the floor fixed! Said it has to go through channels, even though they had two months to get that done!
Blah, blah, blah....bottom line, they don't do what they say and treat you like crap! Avoid them at all costs if you can!

Our RV was in for warranty work
From Dec 2021 to April 2022 during this time she communicated by phone and email kept us updated with the repairs.
Carla went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for I appreciate her honesty and respect she displays.
