5/28/22 If I had to do it over, I would NOT purchase a new RV from La Mesa RV in Albuquerque, NM because of their horrible customer service.
You leave messages, as they never answer, for the service rep and they call you back days or weeks later. They are great at sales as they want your money!

We were trying to set up a time to pick up our RV after they had it for 2 months to fix some issues. We wanted to pick it up on Saturday, but was told they don't have someone to check you out. Regardless, Mauri asked if we could be there by 10am, we said yes and she replied, well don't be mad if you get here and there's no one to check you out, in a really snotty voice. What?, you just asked if we could be there by 10! She then hangs up on me and because of caller ID she would not answer my immediate call back. Mind you, it's an hour drive from our house to their location and an hour back. What customer service!
We purchased a new 2021 Integra Escalade in February 2021. It was brought in from Phoenix AZ with a hole in the floor by the refrigerator, with a few other things that needed to be fixed. Vents broken, door not securely closing, trim missing. After taking the RV back, after two trips, a couple months, as per their instruction, to feel it out and see what needed fixed....what a hassle! They removed parts of the floor but their maintenance couldn't fix it. They didn't replace the vents. They "adjusted" the door, but it didn't fix the problem. Sent another company to our home to fix the floor, they took out more planks, but couldn't be fixed because La Mesa RV didn't send the correct flooring for replacement. They told us to find someone to fix it, they would send us the correct flooring and they would reimburse us. Again, we did but they sent only 4 planks instead of 4 boxes of planks, had to re-order, again...this has taken a year to get fixed. Had to buy rugs to cover up the plywood since since the floor was torn up from the refrigerator to the driver's seat area. Here we are we are over a year & three months later later, picked it up yesterday, Friday 5/27/22.... door still not fixed and trim not fixed. They told us they would have to replace the door and re-paint to match the RV, as they have had many complaints about the doors not closing. Now they said the door was on back-order, so again, not fixed.
Yesterday they said they were going to replace the hinge instead, but of course they didn't do that either. And still NO $300 check to reimburse us for getting the floor fixed! Said it has to go through channels, even though they had two months to get that done!
Blah, blah, blah....bottom line, they don't do what they say and treat you like crap! Avoid them at all costs if you can!
