I drove from springfield with my wife to purchase a motorhome from these guys. When I got to the lot the salesman was in a different motorhome with his prospective buyer. WE stood there for about 30 minutes and we were never greeted or asked to wait till the salesperson was free. I would not shop there again. I can only imagine what the service is like after you give them the 100 grand or so for the coach. Show less

First let me say that we brand new to the Diesel motor home market, Having owned a truck and trailer last and before that a pop up so we were extremely green coming in. That being said, what we experienced with Kenai Coach and Terry and Kellie Smith in Junction City Oregon was a complete surprise to us. We purchased from them after doing much research online, an older 1998 32 foot Country Coach Intrigue That we now call our Green Machine in march of this year. It is now June. It was such a pleasure to work with Terry and Kellie, They really took their time explaining every thing on the coach to us and letting us spend 2 days camping out with it to try to get a feel for the systems and to make sure everything was in working order Which helped us out tremendously. The gift of the new sewer hose,fresh water hose,toilet paper and sewer freshener was really sweet and they also assured us that if we found anything out of order while camping with the coach that it would be taken care of. They had the Coach washed inside and out and the carpets cleaned and they also helped us to find several reputable service centers. One to install a braking system for our car and set up the electrical systems to work with the motor home so we were able tow our car home and while that was happening they gave us for free a Road Master all terrain tow bar, saving us a great deal of money which we were then able to put towards a front end stabilizer that I wanted installed for safety reasons. We were able to get that taken care of while we were there. They had all the maintenance done on the RV and provided us with the documentation from Oregon Motor Coach so we had a fresh start and knew what to expect. They have a wealth of knowledge about the higher end older Coaches and have been full timers in the past so we were happy to get all the useful advice, hints and tips. We asked a lot of questions and they never made us feel at all stupid about anything we asked. Terry noticed the curtains in the cockpit were stained and the old Bose stereo system needed replaced and they replaced them both. we received a new blue tooth Samsung receiver, extra center channel and new base box to work with all the Bose surround speakers and it was wired in all for us for free after the sale. The replacement accordion vertical blinds were a upgrade and were mailed to us. It was nice of them to take us out to dinner after the sale too, we really enjoyed our time with them in Junction City. The dealership is within easy walking distance to some really good food and shopping as well. We feel like we have made a really good choice using Kenai Coach and would highly recommend Terry and Kellie to anyone. We also feel like we have made two new friends in the process and they have assured us that if we have any issues with the coach to call them for advice. That is priceless to us being new to Coaches. If we ever need to upgrade or desire to try another coach they will get our return business for sure. Show less
