***Review to end all reviews*** I did my research!!! I live full time in my RV. For the longest time I researched which RV to purchase and I thought I had figured it out on my own. I located a dealership near by that had the model that I decided on and took a trip to walk through. After working with sales my opinion changed. I discovered from the sales department that Winnebago had a few manufacturing issues with their slide outs. I decided to switch to a North Trail and was happy with this decision because of the lay out of the camper. Purchase was great. Great price, smooth transitions and ZERO hidden fees which is amazing. NO hidden fees like all the other dealerships which is a big win to management. Delivery was great. They went through everything on the camper and answered all questions. Then the problems with a brand new camper started. You would think that there should not be issues but there is with all campers. I don’t care, New, Used, you will have issues. It’s not the dealership’s fault. It’s the manufacturers but what the dealership does with the problem is what count and I can’t rave enough about Eric’s service department. I had a pin hole leak in my water heater, Replaced , my water pump leaked, Replaced. Outdoor keys did not match, Fixed. My furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. I am a bit of a DYI guy. Called Eric and he said bring it up. I removed it and drove there. They stayed late and replaced the bad circuit board in the furnace. Heat was back on that night. Can’t even begin to tell how great the service is. I feel that Juniata Valley RV is the last real, full service dealership left, at least East of the Mississippi. If you want a knowledgeable, dedicated and competent dealership, to help you with purchasing and then to stand behind you for years to come with service or repairs, then look no further than Juniata Valley RV, Eric and his team of professionals.

It was like maybe I could take a look, but I will never know what they were thinking as they completely dropped the ball. No calls, e-mails or follow up. Not a professional organization, and I was dealing with the owner. Now that everyone is dumping the RVs they bought during the pandemic, they are probably wondering where they can find buyers. Ha, ha. Rots O'Ruck!

I have NO idea what their sales dept is like, but they are EXTREMELY POOR AT SERVICE & REPAIRS! Took our coach there for repair of a hydraulic ram on the slide and install AC/heat pump unit. $6k later, we still do NOT have the coach fixed. They installed the AC/heat pump, but never hooked it up to the Aqua Hot, and, the heat pump does not work; they disconnected the middle AC/heat pump to install the new unit and NEVER HOOKED UP THE MIDDLE AC/heat pump. The charged me for a thermostat that was never installed. They gouged the slide and now claim it had to have happened BEFORE it came to their shop. They never screwed in the step cover and my husband all but fell out of the coach when the slide cover slid off. They installed a ground wire which back fed and fried a sensor for the air brake/air leveling. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General.

Brett, at Juniata Valley RVs, was the super helpful sales person who walked us through the purchase of our new a liner expedition. The service technician, Tom, took his time with us, especially once he heard we were newbies. He also did some last minute trouble shooting and repairs to our truck, to make sure we were in good working condition when we pulled out of the lot. I highly recommend Juniata Valley RVs for purchase and repairs.

Eric pulled a bait and switch. I saw a trailer I wanted to see photographed on their website. two phone calls, I named the exact camper by model and specs. we discussed the air conditioner and the fridge. made an appointment to go ee it. called the morning of to confirm, and used the exact words with the woman, because it is a long drive and I want to be sure we are all talking about the same trailer. And, please, if it is no too much trouble, can you plug in the AC? I want to hear how loud it is. She put me on hold for a few minutes, came back to the phone and told me- yup, Eric is ecpecting us, the trailer is pulled around and the AC is plugged. Got there, and it was a diffrent kind of model, tiny, no AC, no fridge, and not the one that was represented on the website. Then Eric steered us toward the more expensive trailers. I said no. I also told him I did not appreciate the bait and switch. he had the nerve to stand and continue to lie to my face. Such a dishonest salesman. Stay away from this place.(Note- we went to look at something that had been a trade in. we did not get parts or service of any kind)
