Johnson RV is a family-owned business with RV dealerships in Oregon, Arizona (seasonally), and Washington. We are proud to be the leader in premium pre-owned RVs, with the largest selection of motorhomes in the west. Our team is committed to helping our customers achieve their lifestyle, travel goals and dreams. In order to build such a relationship with our customers, we work hard to offer only the cleanest, highest-quality RVs at the best price possible. Our friendly and courteous sales staff know that buying a motorhome is a big purchase. That’s why we believe in a zero pressure sales process. One of our Professionally Trained Sales Associates will take you though a short interview process where we will find out exactly what your wants, needs and budget are. Then we will only show you the coaches we have which most closely meet all of these requirements. We will never pressure you into a coach which does not meet your budget. Each pre-owned RV has been extensively reconditioned by our factory-trained technicians so that it’s as close to new as possible. Every RV comes with a free warranty, assuring you’ll leave our lot knowing you’ve got a reliable RV. Johnson RV takes paint repairs seriously, that's why we have invested in a new state-of-the-art Paint Booth so we can tackle those really large jobs that most other facilities cannot. Our certified RV painters can create special graphics, custom colors, and precision color matching at our in-house paint mixing station. In addition to having one of the largest selections of pre-owned RVs in the country, Johnson RV’s Oregon location is proud to sell new motorhomes from Jayco, Roadtrek, Forest River, Leisure Travel, Pleasure Way! CAUTION: Johnson RV Sandy, OR – Use much caution when dealing with the Finance Managers here. What could have been a 4 star purchase from Johnson RV, has now dropped to a 1 star, due to unethical, unprofessional business practices, dishonest untrue statements, refusal to return calls/emails and HUGE delays in a refund for an overrated, below industry standard extended warranty. In all my years of purchasing cars, trucks, boats, homes and RV’s, this is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE with a Finance Department I have ever dealt with. Shop elsewhere.

I hate to write this review. I've been a Johnson RV fan for years. Things have changed. We purchased a 2016 class B RV from Johnson in Sandy, Oregon May 1, 2022. We almost didn't purchase because the RV wasn't cleaned up - which should've been a warning sign. In fact we found moldy take out food on the dining room table of an RV which smelled horrible. After purchasing (over $135k spent) we found out there were two open recalls. One of which was a safety concern. Johnson addressed one -the safety recall only after I requested this from them. I was told one recall remained open and agreed that I would take to Mercedes Benz for repair. After driving off the lot we immediately got a warning light for low DEF fluid. (We were assured the Johnson RV team always does a very detailed inspection at the time of pickup.) We stopped and paid to fill up the DEF. We continued on down the road - encountered a litany of dashboard lights and went into limp mode. We had to make it to a dealer and spent a day waiting for a speed sensor repair. The result of the recall repair Johnson RV had done for us. Additionally the power blinds didn't work. A cabinet was broken. The windshield wipers didn't work properly. And to top all of this off, we had a very big LEAK in the roof over the cab when it rained. Upon taking the van back Johnson team members said they would make things right. (Eric/Pablo in service) They then informed me that we were at the back of the line for repairs and it would be two weeks. I asked service to put us at the front of the line since we had just purchased. That request was denied by service. I made the request again to Eric/Pablo in service and finally was told they would repair our RV right away. As of today- June 10th a month and 1/2 after purchase we still don't have our RV back. Repairs remain open. The information provided time and time again has been incorrect. I've politely and patiently talked to several Johnson RV folks. They've all been polite but still I don't have my RV. I've called the general manager Robert Murray twice and left messages. He has not called me back or followed up. I am exploring options on how to proceed from here. Under no circumstances would I purchase and RV from Johnson RV - any location - as they have the same unresponsive GM. They don't do what they say. They put dirty vehicles with open recalls up for sale. They don't do a detailed inspection. And they certainly don't take care of the customer. It's sad to post this review. Buyer beware if you purchase from Johnson Rv. We spent $135,000 on an RV 45 days ago and it is plagued with service issues and still sitting at the repair shop. Update 6.10.22. Three requests to speak to GM Robert Murray. Still no return call for him. Further documentation shows that Johnson RV did not perform suggested repairs at time of inspection for faulty/damaged items. This disclosure adds worn tires-wheel alignment, wipers and rodent damage to the list of repairs known but not performed. Documentation also shows that Johnson RV did not do as promised with the recall work. Clearly Johnson RV is hiding information from customers and prospective buyers. Buyers should go elsewhere to buy/service an RV. Johnson RV has shown ethical and integrity issues with our purchase of a used Airstream Interstate Class B RV. Avoid doing business here. It's been a nightmare. Also please read the other reviews which are very similar to ours.
