I have had a wonderful experience with the sales team. Very interested to make sure you get set up with the camper or rv that best fits your needs. They got us the financing that is quite affordable at my income range. There is a large selection in the parts department to better insure your comfort and safety driving down the road and spending time with the camper. I have taken the travel trailer back to the dealership to get it ready for the winter months and to take care of some warrantied items. They are up front with costs and pricing of any items that I may want for upgrades.

My air conditioner broke on my 2018 Jayco 28RLS. I paid extra for an extended warranty to cover mobile service since I seasonal camp. My air conditioner broke on my 2018 Jayco 28RLS. I paid extra for an extended warranty to cover mobile service since I seasonal camp. Jim’s Trailer Sales cannot come to fix my trailer for 3 months due to the fact that they furloughed over half their mobile techs. It is not my problem that they don’t have enough people to run their business. I now have to pay someone else $1100.00 to fix what they should be fixing. I alway like this dealership because they took care of their customers, however that has obviously changed. I would like to add this is the 2nd trailer I bought from them and had been a loyal customer since 2005.
