We just purchased a travel trailer from J&K Mitchell & were very pleased with the entire experience.The staff were very friendly, helpful & went out of their way to provide excellent service. They made sure everything was charged up & even pulled the camper into their warm service department so we could be warm when we inspected it & hitched it up. We made our purchase in the winter & had to postpone picking it up several times because of the distance we had to travel & adverse weather. They were very understanding & patient with that situation. We spent a little time in Casey, Il when we were finally able to pick up the camper & found the town to be so friendly - we wished we could have spent more time there.
