We always want to support local business especially in these crazy times and the name “Integrity” really stood out! When we went in and looked at the trailer we really wanted the sales staff were incredible couldn’t have asked for more friendly and helpful people that really seemed to care on all levels of what we wanted! However that all changed rapidly after they sold us the unit with prior water damage and did nothing about the existing damage before we took ownership!! Lots of other minor problems inside that were either broken or not working, but we realized that it is a used trailer (still morally not right) and we would fix these problems ourselves. But water damage NOT acceptable at any time!! They talk about full disclosure all the time pity they don’t believe in it. They paid for a hotel room while they tended to the trailer (admission of guilt right there) only to try to get money for the parts to make up for the hotel stay I guess which was also a nightmare because we had to hassle certain people to pay for the room all the time!!! What happened next is absolutely appalling!! They would not release our trailer to us (which is paid for in full) they actually had their tractor blocking the entrance to the yard so we couldn’t gain access to OUR property!!! They then coerced my husband into signing a form releasing them from further damage to our unit because of their sloppy workmanship and attention to detail!! We will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone especially those looking to purchase a used rv. Shame on all of you for your discusting behavior, never before have we experienced anything like this and hope to never again!! So much for purchasing a “certified pre owned trailer from “Integrity RV” what a joke!! Show less

We went to Integrity as we were interested in an Arctic Fox 5th wheel & had an Arctic Fox 5th Wheel to trade in. They made us a written offer which we countered but they did not get back to us, ignored us when we requested the owner to call us back. We waited all day for a call & called them several times during the day asking what was happening. We had cash to pay the difference in price & were very disappointed in no call back. Would not recommend this dealership. Our salesman was very good but this is on the owner who does not stand behind the name of their company, Integrity. If they could not honor the offer they made us, a call back with an explanation would have been appreciated. Unfortunately this owner also owns other dealerships in Trail BC & Carstairs Alberta.
