We bought 2 rigs: a 2012 Tiffin DP Breeze, and 6 years later a LTV 2020 Unity TB. Both experiences were very bad. Unable to deliver minimum quality (had a 15 point repair list on the slightly used and under warranty Tiffin, ended up having the work done somewhere else after spending 2500$), and the LTV 2020 was delivered 5 months after promised date, wrong color, HL unable to fix minor things ( seals, tank sensors, storage compartment struts, awning adjustment, etc etc). Had to deal with LTV directly to get the parts. Received within 3 days from Purolator, after waiting 6 months for HL. All employees seem to work part time, immense confusion, extremely expensive, overall bad after sales service reputation. Show less
