CASH BUYERS BEWARE! Although you find a heap of bad reviews related to service, the sales side has its issues as well. Be fully aware if you are a cash buyer that they can and will give you the shaft up until the very last minute in order to take a customer who is financing with them. We spoke to a salesman who had just taken in a trade for the camper we were specifically looking for and that they advertised as "For Sale" on RVTrader.com and their website. The trade-in had not even arrived on the dealer lot yet and we had arrangements made with the salesman who worked the trade, and was assured we would be Facetimed as soon as the RV arrived. And I specifically told him we would put a deposit on it to hold it prior to that, and would buy the unit as long as it was even in fair condition. But we were a cash buyer, and were told that they had no way of placing any sort of hold or reserving any unit that had not arrived at the dealership, no matter what. We had arranged to drive 6+ hrs to pick up the RV this weekend. We were called today and informed that the RV showed up a day early, the trade-in was made, and the RV was sold to another person by another salesman and out from under us. All because the other deal included their buyer securing financing. And apparently a "financed" deal is allowed to reserve campers that aren't on the lot, and jumps all other people who may have already committed to the RV or were rightfully ahead of them in the queue for any given camper. A very shady and dishonest way of doing business, and definitely a bad look and terrible experience from a buyer ready and willing to pay cash. If you need financing, then by all means they'll try to take care of you. If you are a cash buyer, the things they say and promise turn out not to be true in the end. Don't get your hopes up. I purchased a Forest River travel trailer from Holman Motors as an out of state buyer. Art in sales was fantastic to work with, very easy and seamless transaction at a competitive price. Due to weather conditions and time of year of the purchase, Holman held my camper over a month without issue. I was treated excellent and Holman GMC was able to get my tow vehicle in for an oil change while I did my orientation on the camper. I couldn't be more happy with how Holman treated me throughout the entire process and I will look to Holman the next time I need to buy a travel trailer. Show less

Holman Motors is a great place to buy an RV. They have lots to choose from and they are very friendly. There prices are great as well. This was our first RV and they made sure to show us everything about it. The warranty was pretty good as well. Show less

Overall happy with experience buying at Holman. Price was best in area. Saleman was helpful and knowledgable. Only issue I really had was unit was equipped with cameras, monitor was for four cameras and unit has only two, the monitor had written on box that it had been robbed from a different camper. The monitor did not have the little 4 or 5 inch antenna, I called holman and they ordered me an antenna, they charged me $10.00 shipping on the part they left off my rv. I complained about the charge but had to pay it anyway. Show less
