Avoid at all costs. Based on my personal experience, I dont know how these people are not in jail. Complete garbage company. Purchased a new RENEGADE RV from HOLIDAY WORLD. IT WORKED FOR ABOUT 1 MONTH, SUFFERED CATASTROPHIC ENGINE FAILURE AND HAS BEEN SITTING 500 MILES AWAY IN ALABAMA FOR 7 MONTHS. RENE... read more

IT WORKED FOR ABOUT 1 MONTH, SUFFERED CATASTROPHIC ENGINE FAILURE AND HAS BEEN SITTING 500 MILES AWAY IN ALABAMA FOR 7 MONTHS. RENEGADE HAS REFUSED TO FIX IT AND HOLIDAY WORLD will not refund my money. We had to get lawyers involved and both companies have ignored at least 4 requests from the lawyers for months. In my personal opinion, thank you Michael Peavy for figuring out how to run the worst company with the worst customer service and basically steal money from your customers

DON'T BUY HERE YOU'LL BE SORRY... DON'T TRUST ME SEE WHAT HAPPENS. They sold me a RV with a broken trailing arm on Driverside of the rear end. Could have killed me or a family of kids on way home. We need to make them pay, You can't sell a 26.000 lb. 40 foot long RV with Air brakes that could kill people to ... read more

This was my 1st time in buying an RV and I was a bit nervous. I was doing this alone, so I needed a little coaching. The management really took care of meeting all their promises and making me feel really good about my purchase. The financial person, service and deliveryman were all amazing. I really felt like they were looking out for my best interests and wanted it to be a positive experience for me. I would highly recommend them to work with you and make you feel good about your purchase. They are good about answering all your questions and above all, being honest with you. I give them 5 stars!!

This is my second purchase from Holiday World in Katy, Texas in two years. I wouldn't buy anywhere else. The entire "Team" at this dealership is wonderful. I just had a backup camera and tire pressure monitors added to my new fifth wheel, and the service team was great. I'd like to acknowledge Madison Huber, Alyssa Ramirez and Rob (sorry I don't know his last name). They all went out of their way to complete my upgrades. Furthermore, assisted in unhooking when I arrived and Madison was out in the rain helping me hook up when I picked it up. Thanks so much for all the great professionalism and special assistance. Their Airstream customer service is awful. I have been trying to get the a/c on my 2022 Globetrotter repaired since May, and it is still not fixed and no end date in sight. I will never buy here again or rely on this dealership for service.... read more

My wife went to educate ourselves about what an RV looked like, how it would accommodate us and what could we expect as full timers. We met Biff and he spent all kinds of time with us to show the different models and floor plan. We left and came back in 6 weeks to talk about purchasing. Couldn’t have been more satisfied. We worked through finance and service department and every step was exemplary. We now have moved off to stay in it. Thank you Biff and the employees for your generous help.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Holiday World Katy has provided the utmost in terrible service we could ever have expected. Spent over $300,000 on a NEW 2021 Dynamax. At delivery, we find 9 issues that should’ve been identified during make ready. Told all would be corrected in 2-3 days, so we decline delivery. Over a week in shop, Holiday World corrected only a few of the issues and advised necessary parts were ordered. Had also purchased tow vehicle breaking system and traveled over 5 hours to bring tow vehicle needed for install. Three days later, no return calls so I go to dealer and was told Holiday World did not have the necessary parts to complete install of the tow system and would be at least a week before available. Since remaining issues were minor, except for tow system, we take delivery anyway just to get some experience with the rig. Less than 120 miles, breaks locking up, smoking heavily from both rear axles and fault codes on dash. Called Holiday World and was told I will need to take rig to Freightliner for repair. Austin was closest Freightliner shop, so was taken there. One week in the shop, Freightliner repairs breaks and replaces bulkhead wiring harnesses. Meanwhile, Holiday World service department will not return calls on status of parts and most importantly, the breaking system components. We do however, gain update communications from sales person, Chris Allen, who is also at a loss in explaining why service department is non-respondent or helpful. Day 19 after purchasing the rig without a single day of pleasure yet, I returned the rig to Holiday World to complete the tow system and warranty issues, found upon delivery. Was told by Service Supervisor, all would be complete in 2-3 days. Day 3 attempts to call receives no answer or return call from service supervisor. Again, contacted Chris in sales and was told the rig should be complete the next day (Saturday) and should hear back from service. Again, service fails to make contact so Monday Chris explains rig will be ready that day. After 5 days, tow system install is complete and told the warranty issues, except for one replacement light, were also complete. This was not true, the on board Fire control panel/network was still not working correctly, cargo lighting system, etc. also outstanding. Even to this day, almost 3 months after purchase, no return calls or updates from Service Department. A few weeks following purchase, we receive a survey request from Holiday World. Respond to the survey, raising the issues and terrible experience. Sales person, Chris Allen, suggested management would certainly respond. Three months later, no response. Chris is the only person in this company that will respond and attemtp to resolve, but obviously, service has no influence from the sales persons. Now contemplating direction forward in dealing with this pathetic company.

Salesman JJ is wonderful but once they get your money the great service stops. I was purchasing my coach when the artic freeze hit Houston. I called to insure they would winterize the coach and they said they would. Upon picking up the unit they advised a part burst on the refrigerator but they would order the part and call when it arrived. They Never called. I called brandy and she found the part had come in. She scheduled me to bring my coach in at 10am. And assured me that it would not take long for the repair, probably around an hour. After 2 hours of waiting I went to my coach to ascertain how much longer. The tech said about 15-30 minutes. It is now been 3 hours and I am still waiting. I advised the tech and brandy that If I had been told it would take this long I could have arranged someone to pick me up. I have other appointments this afternoon. The response I got was that I needed to take that up with April. This is the worst service department ever. Lots of people walking around and talking to one another but no it insuring customer service.
