If I could select a 0 for a Rating I would. I came to Holiday World in Mesquite, TX because I had a horrible experience with another RV dealer. During my sales process I shared the issues I had and was assured Holiday World Service Department was top knotch. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I bought my RV in May and we took it on our first trip in July. On that trip the generator would not stay running, the slide for the bedroom broke and would not go out, the emergency window fell out during transit, one of the roof speakers fell out of the ceiling, the toilet leaked. All this from a brand new Keystone Fuzion. We brought it back in July 22nd and it is still there. I get no proactive calls with any updates, and when I call they just keep extending the time. I was supposed to have it two weeks after taking it in. Then there were issues getting Keystone to honor the warranty, then they realized they needed another part, then another and now another two to three weeks because Keystone is again not honoring the warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM Holiday World in Mesquite, TX and I'd caution against buying a Keystone if what they are telling me is at all true...I just don't know. Show less

First of all let me say most of my bad experience was dealing with finance. I met the salesman who showed me several units, did not have what I was looking for but was open to suggestions on other options. Found one I liked and looked at it and others several times. I will say it appears the staff does not spend time getting familiar with the units they currently have in stock to be prepared to answer questions. The salesman was very polite and courteous while making the sale. When I decided on one I liked I told the finance person I was already approved with my Credit Union and wanted to go through them. He was VERY pushy on letting him do the financing or letting him do the application and send it to my Credit Union. I said no, just send them the worksheet, they will take care of it from there. He continued to argue to the point of almost bullying by refusing to do as I asked. He said I can beat your Credit Union. I repeatedly said I have it already taken care of just send them the worksheet. This was on Saturday, he stalled and after multiple emails repeatedly asking me to fill out a application so he could send the loan application to my Credit Union (which I refused to do). I called the GM on Wednesday and told him I was going to back out of the deal if the worksheet was not sent to my Credit Union ASAP as it was my choice how and who I finance through. Finally this issue was resolved and before noon on Thursday the loan papers were signed via DocuSign. Other issues by finance was I was told the Credit Union requested I go by the dealership to sign something. I called the Credit Union, this was not true as they had made no request. He also said he needed to send me papers that needed to be signed for my trade-in. I had requested copies of everything I signed the day before when I picked up the unit. I had a signed copy of the same one he sent me asking me to sign before they could do payoff. Which took 10 days to the local Credit Union! Will NOT do business here again and would NOT RECOMMEND them. Show less
