Had a problem with my furnace the day before the weather was to drop into the 30's. When they found out I was full time and knowing the change in temps coming, they helped me troubleshoot the problem, found the parts and offered to help me immediately repair the furnace. Everyone I spoke with was cheerful and extremely helpful. Not often do I find customer service like this. They went the extra mile for sure. Took my damaged camper for repairs. $200 to do an estimate "to discourage shopping around." Four months later I finally got an estimate. Some of the parts weren't even right, which I noticed after paying to have them ordered. I contacted them to hold off on the order. Meanwhile they had discovered that the parts weren't available...how were they able to price out parts that didn't exist??? They refunded the cost of parts, but not the $200 good faith payment.
