My last two purchases of 5th wheel Cedar Creek trailers have been from this dealer ship. My purchase of my second trailer is my best experience with this dealer ship. And the reason for this satisfaction is due to the sales man Gary MacDonald. We made the purchase in December of 21. He explained all the details of the delivery as in time and reasons that this was so far out. He has kept us informed right up to the time that we picked up the trailer in June. He made sure that all the t's were crossed and the i's were dotted and also made sure that he showed us all of the functions of our new trailer. Robert Wiechert, you are what great customer service is all about! Robert stepped up when all others in the sales dept were busy, and for someone who was not in sales, he did a fantastic job! In all our years of dealing with automotive or RV sales, this was one of our best experiences, largely due to Robert’s awesome personality and great sense of humour. Robert turned this trade-in/purchase into a fun experience. A big thank you also to Greg Morrison for showing us the ins and outs of the new trailer, and to the staff in the shop for getting everything ready and getting us on the road. Overall it was a smooth experience. The follow-up phone call by Robert the next day to ensure everything was good was also greatly appreciated. If we could give this dealership less than a 1 star we would. We have previously had damage to our RV by this company including tearing our roof cap when they hit a tree moving it and "forgot" to tell us about it. Our son has had damage to his trailer as well while it was in for service. We needed help recently with a fridge part and decided to give them another try. We called them first to see if they stocked a part. The parts salesman said he couldn't find it. So we took the part number over to the dealership so he could search it. He said it was not in stock and they didn't stock many fridge parts. He did not make any offer to order the part in and could have cared less. We were able to find the part quite easily at several other dealerships. To date, we have bought 2 RV's from other dealerships due to terrible service in High River Autoplex's sales and parts department and we won't be giving them another chance. Show less

This should be known, proceed with caution when interacting with High River Autoplex. Be sure to have everything spoken during the sales process in writing, and signed by management. Our sales agent made guarantees to get my wife and I into a motorhome, when the time came to honour the guarantee that was made on the floor, amnesia related to our conversation at sale occurred (including email requests I had kept) resulting in thousands of dollars worth of out of pocket expenses. Whatever effort and energy was put into getting us into the right motorhome has been erased by a dishonest approach to get us to sign on the dotted line. I'm saddened and frustrated by the treatment received, but the lesson here for those interested in proceeding with this dealership, is record, document, and have signatures next to any promises made. Which, by the way, is common sense but can be forgotten when a transaction of the nature is occurring. One can get caught up in trusting who you are interacting with - which has cost us. Better yet, find a dealership that still appreciates the responsibility that comes with an honest sale, the hard earned money clients spend with them, and the integrity behind a handshake and an assurance. We are absolutely happy with our new trailer. Our salesman Mr. Greg Morrison was fantastic. He drove the new trailer and switched our old one with the new. The switch was flawless and he helped Mark to make it level and safe. He also went through the trailer and showed us how everything worked inside and out. Daniel did our financing and he was great as well. The service people were super and added two new vents. A great experience all around. Thanks to everyone! I would highly recommend this company.
