Purchased a 2002 holiday rambler in cash from this company. We were assured, in writing, that the rig had gone through an in-depth inspection and had no issues. We were planning on taking the RV across the country in a family trip, and not 50 miles from the dealership did the RV breakdown. We have spent well over $10,000 fixing this RV as it has needed: front and back breaks, rotors, a new water value (the former was leaking which caused substantial water damage and right now we have the pleasure of replacing the sub floor and floor because of it), a new battery, engine tune up and so much more. This dealership is unethical, and does not offer a true 100 point inspection. While the people themselves were pleasant, save for Tess the owner who has terrible bedside manners, the experience overall was not. You’re better off going through a private buyer than this dealership. Do not buy unless you’re prepared to put at least $15,000 extra into your purchase.
