We bought our 1st Travel trailer January 28th. Gene Cutler was the most awesome salesman you could ask for. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He asked us questions for using the RV and listen to our needs,wants and must haves. Then he showed us four different possibilities. We made our choice and bought the next day. He never pushed us or tried to sell us something we wouldn't use or want. However being January we weren't able to glamp our camper because of covid and medical issues until July 28th. Being first time campers we ran into a few problems. We opened the camper to clean and pack and familiarize ourselves with how everything thing worked. The Grill holder was missing a bracket to connect the grill top. We called Gene and he easily exchanged it for one with bracket clamps. Thank you Gene. When we arrived and filled the RV with water. We then Set up our 🏕camp. Only to find that the water wouldn't work inside. We called the service department and spoke to Rick. He is also very knowledgeable, customer friendly and listened to our situation. He asked us questions and determined we might be still in winterize mode. He had us look and find the water pump and open the valve. We now have water. Thank you Rick you are the best. I can't forget to mention the videos that Josh does Are awesome. They helped us have an idea of what we wanted and how big we actually wanted. If your looking for a great place that you can be comfortable and not feel pressure, great prices,and customer friendly. Drove 12 hours to trade my toy hauler for a new 2021 jayco. Had a few hicups but nothing major, just a small descrepency on an option, but was immediately rectified by Joe S one of the managers. Ceia M was always reachable and had everything ready when I arrived. Was in and out in less than 2 hours which was great so I could get started on my way home quickly. Duane gave me a great walkthrough in their heated shop of my new rig and got everything setup with me. Josh's extensive youtube video collection is 100% the reason I came to them...and they had on hand the exact trailer I wanted with all the options I wanted. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future, but this trailer is solid, so unfortunately it will probably be a while! :) Show less

If i could rate Zero stars i would. sales staff not on premises doors locked tight an hour after opening. asking for price on a camper and get nothing. respond that im no longer interested and reiterate that i only wanted the price and get "Great to hear!!" as a response. come to find out that this was the MANAGER! Apparently they dont want to make sales. Show less
