i have traveled 1600 miles to see this camper . There is alot of damage the photos and sales man Tommy did not tell me . Talked to Tommy on phone many times before going 800 miles one way to see it . Show less

Our Sales Associate was, "KELSEY", She was so extremely patient with us!! The 1st day we looked at the Class A Campers,& decided to go home and think about it. And we returned to look at the 5th Wheel Campers, and KELSEY, couldn't have been more PATIENT with us, and was more importantly HONEST!!! As we looked at Campers, one after another, she was super knowledgeable & helpful!! So we bought our DREAM 5TH WHEEL CAMPER!! On the day we picked up our camper, the owner, "Randy" came over to Thank us personally and made us feel like one of the Family!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We consigned with them starting 3/14/20. For 90 days. We called today (5/1/20) to see if we could break the contract to have the RV for our nurse friend, working on the front lines with 3 young children at home, to stay in. They were very rude and denied us EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY HAD NOT BEEN OPEN! Said we would have to pay $2,000. When I told her I would let everyone know what terrible customer service they had, she stated she did not need our business, they had plenty of business!! Does that sound like someone you want to do business with?! Every time I told her that someone told me this or that, she claims they have now been fired and no longer work there..... hmmm.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!! I would give negative stars if I could. Show less

Beware of doing business with Happy Camper RV Sales in Lafayette, Indiana. They have a lot of consignments, but they do not reveal that an RV you are purchasing is a consignment, which takes up to 30 days for title clearance. Their business manager is incompetent and sits on paperwork for a week at a time, freely admitting that it is still sitting on his desk. They ask for a deposit to hold the RV for you while paperwork is being handled and if you change your mind after you find out the vehicle is a consignment vehicle the owner refuses to refund your deposit. On Monday, Made a Thursday morning appointment for trailer to have: lights rewired and replaced, bearings to be inspected/ greased, and new tongue jack installed. On Friday at 4:30 pm drove by and saw trailer hasn’t been moved from where it was dropped off at. I went in to parts/service desk and asked how the trailer was coming and was told they just got it put on there board. No calls letting me know of any delays. When trailer was dropped off Wednesday they were told I needed the trailer back Friday night to Saturday at the latest. Completely unprofessional a total waste of my time. Now I get to spend a day doing the work they were hired to do and said they would have completed in the discussed time frame. Show less
