Went to purchase a new camper. 5th wheel camper. Brands decided on were Grand Design and Brinkly. Shopped around the state and even nearby states for the lowest cost for the design we wanted. 3 slides, rear living room, master bed room with washer/ dryer hook up (future use?), larger shower, dinette with table and chairs not full booth, dual A/C units, accessable fridge without moving slide outs, internal steps that rest on ground not suspended from unit, multiple awning, solar package and winter package. I took my venture RV unit into Good Life RV for warranty work and had a list of items that needed repaired and I received a call from the dealership that several things would not be covered under warranty and that they were also going to charge me for looking at the things that were not being covered by the manufacturer. No estimates were given and I was being charged without any notice. They told me they would not let me pick up my camper without paying the bill they are trying to charge me for. Horrible service and would never recommend Good Life RV!! FYI….. the repairs the manufacturer refused warranty repair was 2 of the 4 electric jacks would trip the safety with less pressure than the other 2 and they said they couldn’t find any issue and it was probably normal. Not true if 2 are different anyone would know that’s not right. Another thing I found was when I got on the roof to clean I noticed there was lots of debris under the rubber membrane that was poking from under it like they did not clean the surface b4 they put the rubber on the roof. They said it was not an issue and they would not do anything about it. The other issue i had was this unit has a front window and it had cracked and they said it would not be covered because something had probably hit it. I called the manufacturer and explained the issues and they stated that they were refusing to repair any of these issues and they had no control over the dealership from trying to charge me for anything even when the unit is under warranty. Very horrible customer service and I would never recommend them and warn everyone of there unexceptable business practices! Show less

When we purchased a new camper our sales experience was great. Sadly, everything since has been less than stellar. So far this season we’ve been able to use our camper twice. A slide issue and now a recall on a propane regulator. After multiple calls and sending pictures of the regulator type we can’t even get an update three weeks in. Camping season is waning. C’mon folks! Show less

These folks were excellent support during our search for our rv. They were never rushed when assisting us with questions and information.
