Full disclosure: This is for the sales rating only since I have not dealt with service, parts, or dealership warranty/support. In order to post my review on Sales, I had to select all of the ratings. I started my research on what type of unit I would be happy with sometime around August 2022 and he would check in with me periodically with some professional tips about the type of unit(s) I was looking at. After visiting another dealership on the east coast of Florida, I looked at the InTech Navigate OVR per Serge's recommendation. Sure enough, he was right about the quality that the manufacturer puts into the unit, which allowed me to make a decision on which unit I should buy. I signed a purchase agreement for delivery of a new unit sometime in July 2023 or hopefully sooner, but that's all up to the production schedule at the factory. Show less
