Made us feel safe from the beginning during this pandemic greeted us with a mask on plus mask for us and every so often would offer us germx. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... BUYER'S BEWARE! Bought a BRAND NEW CAMPER in December, arrived DAMAGED with numerous defects.. today is 2/18/20, and 2.5 months later and still NOTHING.. not ONE REPAIR has been completed.. NOTHING! Keep getting the run a round, they tell me to contact the manufacturer and still NOTHING.. can't even use my kitchen table, since it was literally ripped off of it's base in transit, which I paid for them to deliver it. I bought a NEW trailer spending significantly more $$$ over used to avoid these problems, and I have had nothing but. I WISH THE OWNERS WOULD JUST CALL ME AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT.. It’s been said then initial impressions are lasting ones and we never get a second chance to make a good first impression. When it comes to good first impressions Sue Singleton hits the mark! You can see your positive attitude for the minute you see her smiling face and it sets the tone from that very second. Cordial professional and efficient comes to mind. Aside from the fact that she’s got a great personality and a friendly dish that is genuine, She multitasks and gets questions answered and people moving in the right direction like a great administrative assistant should. Very impressive, my wife and I really enjoy being in her presence. We had occasion to call and ask some questions, and she was back to us very quickly with answers. Kudos to human resources for hiring such an excellent employee.I’m not surprised that she is so impressive because we have found that Jeremy and Greg and Bill and Ray and all the other folks we have met have been very professional and cordial as well. I look forward to a long relationship with your Ft Myers store.I have already referred a friend to Gregg for an RV and I will continue to refer people as long as they are treated the way Dona and I have been treated. We had a good experience with Dole in sales and even Matt (one of the owners) was involved and was helpful. Since our purchase though, we have had several issues that have not been resolved including warranty items that were documented during the walk thru on delivery (02/28/2020). We did finally get our upgrade items installed and also purchased vent covers and sturdy steps and had them installed. What is happening now is everytime we take a trip we have additional items needing work. The unit has been at the dealership more than it should, and even though the service manager, Steve, always seems to want to be helpful there seems to be a problem with the parts dept. I just hope that since it's there again at present time, we can finally enjoy the camper as intended! Show less

We bought a camper from this facility. Brought it home, went on a road trip and discover a long list of things that did not work and the camper leaked everywhere. After working (calling weekly with no updates) with the mediocre staff to get it fixed, finally getting it back after 2 months. NO customer service, can’t even return calls, NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! Would NEVER recommend anyone and WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER THIS FACILITY FOR FUTURE PURCHASES!!!! Sad that the only two people that seemed to want to get this places crap together, they “no longer work there.” Pathetic excuse for a dealership. Show less
