Well, we went to try our new coach out, 2023 ACE 29g. Planning on a 2-night adventure we were shortchanged with issues having to come back home the day of arrival. We planned our first trip close to home for this reason, knowing a new unit could have issues when actually putting it through the paces. I called General explained the issues and made arrangements to bring the coach in for service. Upon arrival meeting Jerry Avers service advisor things went from good to GREAT. Jerry took the time to go over every issue we had without being rushed. After the initial office paperwork, we went out to the unit, and I was able to duplicate and show exactly what was going on so he could see some of the issues / problems firsthand. Jerry spent the time with us with the unit and addressing all our concerns. Although disappointed on our first venture, I couldn't be happier with service provided. Do NOT buy from these people! WHEN you can reach them, all you get is a runaround. They change personnel like underwear. Every time you go back there is a whole new set of managers. They give shoddy used car salesmen a good name. Show less
