Initially interactions, 4 of them, for rear slide issue, cable keeps breaks/frays after 4 to 5 uses, were positive. They stated they pulled rear slide to effect repairs and diagnose problem. Subsequent phone calls and different service manager, I was told, "we never remove rear slide, major job, unless keystone authorizes, of course if you are willing to pay for it, we will". So they have NEVER fixed the problem, they are willing to put a band-aid on an arterial bleed and when the patient bleeds out (warranty expires), they want a pat on the back for heroic efforts. I would not purchase another keystone product and would suggest recording all calls with the service department. Hope your luck is better than mine.
