Bought a new Radiance RV at this dealership in July of 2018. The sales person who was "helping" us was not knowledgeable about anything we were looking at and when asked to show us something we wanted feature wise he either was clueless or did not listen. At the end of the day we did find what we wanted and went to purchase. More fun...these guys are slippery and will put on your contract services and things you did not ask for. We had to have them redo the purchase contract several times because they kept putting on warranty polices or hitches we did not want. Basic math also eluded them and we called them on that as well. GO GET your own financing if you go here.Anyway 5 hours later we had an agreement and next day took delivery. <sigh> The poor guy who was supposed to show us how our rig worked, knew nothing about the rig. We have been RV enthusiasts for 35 years and we know a thing or two, so I just did my thing...starting up everything and turn on every appliance. I had them put a hose on the unit and we pressured the water system and checked the water heater. Only thing we found wrong (besides being dirty with sawdust everywhere...vacuum anyone?)was the swivel mount on the TV would not release and it needed adjustment. Would they send a tech to come out immediately and adjust...nope....they wanted me to schedule a service appointment and come back. I waved that off and took the unit and adjusted myself. I have not been back since. Love the rig, dealer is a no go. Some of the people there were very nice and tried to help but the management their is apparently fostering a poor Customer Experience and that is not going to work long term for them. I have not been back since so maybe this has changed, but the above was my experience and I really do not want to go there again. Show less
