When I bought my new RV a little over a year ago. They were only interested in taking my money and selling me upgrades. There were small scratches in the cabinetry and exterior vinyl striping. I was told this is to be expected from any vehicle on a lot and they said it would be covered by warranty. When I tried to have fixed, they said I took it off the lot and the contract said They did not owe me anything. I had mechanical problems on the way home from purchasing and got stranded. They said it was not there problem and I should contact Ford. Gander RV should we avoided at all costs and if you are buying based on a inexpensive price - it is buyer beware. Show less
