Run, run far away from Gander. The service is exceptionally bad. My poor RV is much worse off than when I brought it in. Do not even risk a state inspection. If you want any update on service you have to drive there and ask in person. Show less

This is the worst place to purchase a trailer! There is no communication among the staff or across the different departments. They do not follow up with customers and they never return phone calls. The place is run so poorly they can't even keep employees. I just don't understand how they are still in business. Show less

Service department is horrible. They won’t share any information within the staff, so if your contact is our, no one else can access your service status or is willing to help. Took many followups for them to finally order the parts, and the to install them. Service and parts do not communicate. When it was finally ready, one repair was poor, then a part on the awning fell off on the trip home because it wasn’t screwed on. When the sent me a replacement part, it was the wrong part. I ended up telling them the part number and where to purchase It. Unfortunately, the experience has turned me off of all the associated camping/ outdoor businesses. Show less

Worst customer service ever! No support and every time we get a hold of some one to help they quit. Very rude management with no compassion. Numerous of times we have heard them tell us we only sell them not build them! Thats fine but back up the brand you sell on your lot. The Marcus customer support is a joke. Show less
